Refund Policy
Purchases of Donate Coins are generally final and non-refundable once the digital content has been supplied. For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium expires only after the customer has expressly consented to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledged the resulting loss of that right, and received the required contract confirmation. Statutory rights in cases of non-delivery, defective delivery or other mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected. An unauthorized chargeback may lead to a temporary restriction of the affected account while the matter is reviewed.
