Privacy

This page explains how Valoria Online handles data and privacy choices.

Data processing

Protected account actions use your Valoria account and the configured database services. Public pages can be used without signing in unless a feature expressly requires it.

Anonymous first-party measurement

Analytics and diagnostics remain disabled until you choose them. When enabled, Valoria stores a random browser session that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, a sanitized page path, coarse device and browser family, approved source categories and campaign labels, interaction events and aggregated Web Vitals. It does not store account IDs, email addresses, IP addresses, full user agents, error messages or stack traces in analytics.

Choice and withdrawal

Necessary device storage remembers language and privacy choices. Analytics and diagnostics can be enabled separately and withdrawn at any time through Privacy choices in the footer. New optional events stop immediately after withdrawal.

Retention

Anonymous measurement events are automatically removed after 30 days. Traffic reports cover 24 hours, seven or 30 days; technical alerts always use 24 hours. Admin and moderator visits and recognized tests are excluded. You can exclude this browser through Privacy choices.

Rankings

Published character and guild data is limited to what is necessary. Online status, play time and private account data are not exposed without review.
